Here’s our Jade Homes Process
1. Take the Client Requirements and make the design brief

2. Preparation of Preliminary sketches
This is where the planning of your project starts. The COur Architects prepare the preliminary sketches and share with the client. These are based on the plot layout, site evaluation, Vaastu requirements, budget, design requirements etc.
3. Design Development
Final floor plan and elevations are made after meetings and a sign- off on the same
4. Authority approved Drawings
Post sign-off the drawings are submitted to the authority for approval. We help you with the complete process
5. Inspection & Evaluation
Periodic Inspection & Site Evaluation is done by the Architect
